Privacy Policy.

What this site collects, why, and who sees it — in plain English.

Effective October 28, 2026

Level 11, LLC ("Level 11," "we") runs this website. This policy covers the information we collect online — on this website, through our request form, and in our client portal — and what we do with it. The short version: we use it to plan your event, we don't sell it, and this website's pages don't track you.

What we collect

When you send a request through our form, you give us:

  • Your name, email address and mobile number
  • Your event details: the date, type of event, venue and location, and the name of your organization or your fiancé(e)
  • Anything you write in the details box
  • Whether you checked the box giving us permission to contact you by email, phone and text

If you book with us, you'll also use our client portal, which our booking software, DJEP, runs for us. There you give us what we need to plan your event, such as your billing address, your signature on our contract, payment information if you pay online, your login, and planning details like your timeline, music and the names of family members or guests of honor. After your event, we may send you an evaluation form.

Our pages are delivered by the outside services listed below, and your browser automatically sends them basic technical information: your IP address, your browser and device type, and the page you came from. We don't use that information to identify you.

How we use it

To answer your request, send you a quote, plan and run your event, and stay in touch with you. We also keep records for our business and taxes. If you tell us on your post-event evaluation that we can share your comments, we may quote them on this site, word for word, usually with your first name and last initial (corporate and organization clients may appear under their full name or their organization's name). We don't sell your personal information, and we don't give it to other companies so they can market to you.

Who we share it with

  • DJ Event Planner (DJEP), our booking software. It runs our request form and client portal, and stores inquiries, contracts and payment records for us. If you pay online in the portal, your card details go to the payment processor that handles the payment. DJEP has its own privacy policy, which says it may contact people who use its service about DJEP's own services.
  • The people working your event: the Level 11 team members and contractors on your event, your venue, and the other vendors working it, like your planner or photographer. They get what they need to coordinate, such as the date, timeline, venue and a contact. If you book Full Service, that includes the vendors we line up for you.
  • Companies that help us run our business, such as our payment processor, our email, phone and file-storage providers (Google hosts our email), and our accountant.
  • The services that run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and video), Google (fonts, and a code library the form uses) and Unsplash (photos). In delivering this site, they receive only the technical information described above.
  • Authorities and others, when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights, for example in a payment dispute.
  • A new owner, if we ever sell or merge the business.

Cookies and tracking

Our own pages don't set cookies or use local storage or similar tools to remember you, and don't use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools. The request form is provided by DJEP, and DJEP's server sets a session cookie to run it.

We haven't added any advertising or analytics tools to this website. The services listed above receive your browser's basic technical information when they deliver their part of a page, and they handle it under their own privacy policies. Our client portal and the backup copy of our request form are hosted by DJEP at level11online.com. DJEP sets its own cookies there to run them, and DJEP's privacy policy says it may let other companies, such as Google through Google Analytics, collect information about your browsing over time and across websites when you use its service.

Our links to other sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, WeddingWire and The Knot, are ordinary links; once you're on those sites, their policies apply.

Because our own pages don't track you across websites, they work the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal — there's nothing to switch off.

Calls and texts

We'll use the email and phone number you give us to answer your request. We text only people who've told us it's OK, by checking the permission box on our form or by telling us directly. Texts come one-on-one from a real person on our team — no automated blasts and no marketing lists. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, or just tell us, and we'll stop texting you. We never share your mobile number or your permission to text with anyone for their marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop emailing, calling or texting you at any time. To see or correct the information we have about you, ask us to delete it, or make any other request about it, email info@level11events.com or call 952.856.0056. We'll confirm it's really you before we share or change anything. We'll delete what we can, but we have to keep some records, like contracts and payments.

We keep inquiry and client records as part of our business records, including for taxes. We take reasonable steps to protect them, but no system is perfectly secure.

Kids

This site is for adults planning an event. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has sent us information, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If we ever want to use or share information we already have in a materially different way than this policy describes, we'll ask for your OK first.
